Nestled in the forest on a private 1.89 acre parcel with 256 feet of scenic Moose River waterfront, Ga-Wan-ka offers a panoramic winter setting. Snowmobile out your door for miles on roads and scenic trails surrounded by mountains,forests, lakes and wildlife. Downhill ski at family-oriented McCauley Mountain. Cross-country ski or snowshoe on nearby groomed trails or golf courses.

Located 1 mile south of Old Forge NY, the "Snowmobile Capital of the Northeast", Ga-Wan-Ka offers accessibility for outdoor enthusiasts in all seasons. Or, you may just choose to relax in front of the crackling fire in your woodburning stove while you share stories of the day.

Ga-Wan-Ka, a cozy three bedroom, two bath, Adirondack Cape built in 2002 is available to bring you many cherished Adirondack memories. Our former rental next door, Kamp Kenu, was sold in 2008 as a private residence.
