Property Rental
GA-WAN-KA IS A WINTER SEASONAL RENTAL, from December 1 through March 31. The rate is $7,600 plus heat, lights and snowplowing. The security deposit is $3,000. There is plenty of parking for sleds and trailers.A non-refundable 50% advance rent deposit and signing of the rental lease is due within one week of making reservation. The 50% balance payment is due prior to or upon arrival along with the security deposit.
After satisfactory inspection to ensure the property is in the same physical condition as upon arrival, the security deposit will be refunded by mail. The refund usually is received within two weeks after departure.
This is a housekeeping rental and does not include daily/weekly cleaning. The property should be left as found upon departure. A cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit if not found in orderly condition after departure.
All beds will have pillows, mattress pads, blankets & coverlets. All other linens, including sheets and towels, will be provided by tenant.
Sorry, no smoking or pets. Pet boarding is available within walking distance of Ga-Wan-Ka.
Any and all damages will be your responsibility. If you break something or if there is some type of equipment failure, please call immediately. That way repairs and/or replacements can be made as soon as possible. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Ga-Wan-Ka sleeps 6 comfortably. Maximum occupancy is 8 people with a sofa bed. Please limit your day guests to two additional people. Quiet time is from 11:00 pm nightly until 8:00 am the next morning.
Any outdoor activities will be at the tenants risk.
PLEASE - Outdoor fires allowed in the fire pit only. Do not leave fires unattended.
